Digital Business Card

Digital Business Card

A digital business card puts everything a customer needs to contact and understand your business on one link. Instead of printing a card that goes out of date the moment your number, address or offer changes, you share a page that stays current and works from any phone.

BeatsCard is a digital business card built for real businesses rather than only for individuals swapping contacts at events. Your card can carry your logo, a short description, a tap-to-call button, a WhatsApp button, your Google Maps location, the services or products you offer, a photo gallery and links to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube - all on a single web address you can put in your bio, on a sticker, on your shopfront or in a message.

How a digital business card works

Your card is a normal web page, so there is nothing to install. You get one permanent link and an automatically generated QR code. When someone opens the link or scans the code, your card loads in their browser and the buttons do real work: the call button dials your number, the WhatsApp button opens a chat with your business, and the map button opens directions.

What goes on the card

  • Business name, logo and a short line about what you do
  • One-tap call and WhatsApp buttons
  • Google Maps location for walk-in businesses
  • Services or products so people know what you offer
  • A photo gallery to show your work, shop or menu
  • Social links and a “save contact” option

Why businesses move from paper to digital

Printed cards are easy to lose and expensive to change. If you move, add a service or update your number, the stack of cards you already handed out is wrong. A digital business card removes that problem: you update once and every copy you have shared reflects the change, because they all point to the same link.

It is also easier to share. You can send your card in a WhatsApp message, add it to your Instagram bio, or print the QR code once and reuse it forever. For customers, saving your details takes one tap instead of typing a number from a paper card.

A digital card also lets you do things paper never could - link directly to a booking chat on WhatsApp, show a live gallery, or point straight to directions - which matters most for small and local businesses that rely on calls, messages and walk-ins.

Digital business card software vs. a one-off design

You can pay a designer to build a one-off page, but then every change is another job and another invoice. BeatsCard works as a managed service instead: your card is hosted, kept online and updated for you, with a QR code and customer panel included. You focus on your business; the card is looked after as part of the subscription.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is a digital business card?

A digital business card is a mobile web page that holds your business details - name, logo, phone, WhatsApp, address, services and links - on a single URL you can share by link or QR code. Nothing is printed and nothing is installed; it opens in any browser.

How is a digital business card different from a paper one?

A paper card is fixed the moment it is printed and can only hold a few lines. A digital business card can be updated any time, carries buttons that actually do something (call, WhatsApp, open Maps), and is shared instantly without reprinting or handing over a physical card.

Do people need an app to open my card?

No. Your card opens in the phone browser your customer already uses. There is no download for you or for them - they tap the link or scan the QR code and your card appears.

Can I change my details after the card is live?

Yes. Send us your changes and we update the card while your link and QR code stay exactly the same, so anything you have already shared keeps working.

How much does a BeatsCard digital business card cost?

BeatsCard is a subscription. The current price is shown on the pricing page and is ₹50 per month while your founding-member window is open, billed monthly through Razorpay, and you can cancel any time.
