Terms & Conditions
These terms set out the basis on which we provide BeatsCard to you. Please read them before you subscribe.
Last updated: 27 August 2026
1. About these terms
BeatsCard is a digital business card service operated by Beats Cracker Creative Studio ("we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate details when you register, and keep them up to date. You are responsible for everything done through your account, and for keeping your dashboard password confidential. Please tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed your account.
You must be legally able to enter into a contract, and if you are subscribing on behalf of a business you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
3. Accurate business information
Your card represents your business to the public. You are responsible for making sure the information you publish is accurate, current and not misleading, including your business name, contact details, services, prices where you show them, and your address.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use BeatsCard to:
- publish anything unlawful, fraudulent, obscene, hateful or abusive;
- impersonate another business or person, or misrepresent your association with one;
- publish content you do not have the right to use, including images and logos belonging to others;
- promote an illegal product or service;
- upload malware, or attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or enter - your business information, logo, cover image and gallery images. You are responsible for that content and for having the rights to use it.
You grant us permission to host, reproduce, resize, re-encode and publish that content for the sole purpose of generating, displaying and delivering your BeatsCard. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it for anything else.
6. Your card and its availability
Your card is published as a public web page and can be viewed by anyone with the link. After you complete onboarding and your subscription is active, your card is generated for you; publication usually takes place within 48 hours.
Your card remains available while your subscription is active. If your subscription ends, lapses or a payment fails, your card may stop being served publicly. Your content is retained so that the card can be restored if you resume.
7. Your card address
Your card is published at a personalised address on our card domain. The address is allocated by us, is used only for your card, and remains associated with your subscription. We may change an address where it is necessary for technical or legal reasons, or where it infringes someone else's rights, and we will tell you if we do.
You do not acquire ownership of the domain or of any address on it.
8. Subscription and pricing
BeatsCard is a monthly subscription, billed in Indian Rupees.
The Founding Member price is ₹50 per month for subscriptions activated on or before 14 September 2026. That price stays locked for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted. The regular price is ₹99 per month.
If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price available at that time will apply.
9. Payment
Payments are collected through Razorpay, our payment provider. By subscribing you authorise the recurring monthly charge until you cancel. Your payment details are handled by the provider under their own terms; we do not receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
If a payment fails, we may retry it, and your card may be taken offline until payment succeeds.
10. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing. Your card stays live until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which it stops being served publicly.
11. No refunds
All payments and subscription charges are non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully processed, no refund will normally be issued, and cancelling does not refund a payment that has already been taken.
Genuine payment or technical issues, such as a duplicate charge or an amount deducted without the service being activated, are handled separately. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your card or your account, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, if your content is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights, if your payments fail or are reversed, or where we are required to do so by law.
Where suspension follows a breach, no refund is due.
13. Intellectual property
The BeatsCard service, its design, templates, layouts, code and branding belong to us and remain our property. You may not copy, adapt or reuse them outside your own card. Your own content remains yours, as set out above.
14. Third-party links and services
Your card can link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media, and our service depends on third parties including our payment provider and hosting provider. We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of any third-party service.
15. Service availability
We work to keep BeatsCard available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, or matters outside our control, including failures of networks, hosting or third-party services.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
17. Changes to the service and to these terms
We may improve, change or withdraw features of the service. We may also update these terms; the current version is always the one published on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown above. Continuing to use BeatsCard after a change means you accept the updated terms.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Nashik, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the service.
